A Swiss-American clone, Brainwash launched a head-on attack onto the power pop wail as early as 1993. Having skimmed the Lausanne scene, the original trio adopted eventually a second guitar-player. In the traces of DinosaurJr or Superchunk, this scenic group saw their efforts culminate in their very melodious first album. "Almost pretty cool" enabled Brainwash to be heard in most Clubs of the francophone Switzerland.
